Re: Attendance: 56,864
As mentioned- the official number includes tickets sold, but not necessarily used for that game.

I strongly doubt there were 56000 there, but the place looked 90% full from where I was- at least until about the 70 minute mark. If the cameras are set up opposite the West stand (I don't know if they are having never watched an OS match no telly) then I expect it could look less full than it is at times due to people wandering off to lounges and taking their seats late etc.

If they piped in noise, it would have been very noticeable yesterday as the atmosphere was so dire and it was so quiet after the first 30 minutes or so. I don't believe they are doing that. And the atmosphere is DEFINITELY reduced significantly by how poorly the team are playing at the moment. Huge difference between the Domzale/Bournemouth games and the last couple.

The team has to raise their game. Then the atmosphere will pick up massively.

Nobody in my view in front of me stands up, dont know if anyone at the back of the stand does. I've got no need to stand up where I am, it wouldn't actually feel right being just behind the dugout and standing up to be fair. The stewards are very relaxed considering the area of the ground, words like cunt which would've been really frowned upon at UP are completely ignored...and there has been a few. Overall, the match day experience is no different to what it was previously really except the use of the bar if I want to and its a bit more expensive.

Re: Attendance: 56,864
I have 5 season tickets. 1 in BB which I use every game. I have 4 additional for my cousin and 3 nephews which are in my name but they use every game. They probably wont be bothered about the cup game as the youngsters are u10 so I will just use the adult one to gain entry. If you want to keep trying to pull me up on stuff I will run rings round you all day.

Re: Attendance: 56,864
There are no prawn sandwiches. The only food available are the usual, burgers, chips, crisps, chocolates etc plus pie & mash. No popcorn or Ice Cream in the BB. I walked round to the East stand yesterday and believe it or not, the most old fashioned part of the stadium is BB.

Gavros, I don't drink beer but I see you like to pretend you know everything. Free drinks are unlimited from about 40 minutes (unfortunately) until the start of the second half. If the tables run out of drinks then you can go up to the bar and get more. Programmes are unlimited too so I may set up a stall after games and flog them at £2 a go...
